We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to take charge of asset management and maintenance operations for an exciting new project. Deliver outstanding maintenance outcomes for earthmoving equipment in a demanding mining environment
Lead and develop a high-performing team through guidance, support, and clear direction
Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and cost management
Develop and execute effective maintenance management strategies
Build and maintain a strong safety-focused culture

What you'll need to succeed:
Schedule 26 (Strongly Advantageous)
Mechanical trade qualification with relevant mobile plant experience (XCMG, Liebherr, Komatsu etc.)
Strong knowledge of maintenance management practices and workflows
Ability to collaborate with clients and prioritise maintenance needs within complex site environments
Excellent planning, communication, and time management skills
Proven leadership and team development capability
Solid understanding of HSET requirements in WA Mining Commercial and financial awareness in line with project goals
