About the Role:
- Lead a team of Auto Electricians in daily tasks and projects
- Assist with diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on mobile plant equipment
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist leadership with technician reports, timekeeping, and job documentation
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality workmanship to enhance the overall customer experience
- Manage job allocations to meet schedules and priorities
- Hold workshop personnel accountable for safety, quality, and alignment to plan
What You’ll Need:
- Australian-recognised Auto Electrical Trade Certificate
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team
- Full working rights in Australia (No visa sponsorship available)
