Key Responsibilities 

  • Raise and receipt purchase orders, including cross referencing against work scopes and sourcing parts
  • Set up jobs with complete information
  • Amending changes to customer information, i.e., change in order number and variations
  • Editing information on jobs as per changes to job authorisation sheets in GP
  • Timesheet entry and reconciliation
  • Complete consumables calculations for jobs
  • Update labour rates for all non-administration staff
  • Check that all information entered on jobs is correct, i.e., purchase orders and invoices
  • Ad hoc general administrative duties including cover of reception when required

About you

  • 2+ years as an Administrator (working in a workshop is advantageous) 
  • Can deliver varied tasks requiring independent judgement
  • Display a high level of efficiency with day-to-day tasks while managing problems that may spontaneously arise 
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work autonomously
