We're growing a strong, long-term team supporting operations across the Goldfields and Pilbara.

From day one, you'll be on the tools, tackling breakdowns, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and keeping critical mining equipment operating in the field. This isn't an offsider role or a job where you'll spend your shift waiting around. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, solve problems, and take ownership of your work.

Your new role:

• Deliver specialist field service support across a range of mining operations.

• Work directly with clients to maximise fleet reliability, safety, and equipment performance.

• Build strong relationships by collaborating with site teams, customers, and key stakeholders every day.

• Apply your expertise across CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, and Hitachi heavy mining equipment.

• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver quality repairs with efficiency and precision - even under tight timeframes.

This is a high-impact role where your experience and communication skills matter just as much as your trade ability.

To be successful, you will need:

• Australian-recognised HD Trade Certificate

• Unrestricted Australian work rights

• Current C Class driver’s licence

• Proven Field Service experience on heavy earthmoving equipment

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Experience troubleshooting electrical and wiring systems on heavy equipment

• A practical, solution-focused team player who gets stuck in

Successful candidate's will be required to complete a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screening) and provide a current National Police Check.
